Because my life is not my own to throw away.

Since I gave my will and life back to he who created it, I don't ask that question anymore. It just doesn't occur to me. Whereas before I sought and found God, I asked the question ALL the time. Like, all. the. time.

I am grateful not to be in that place anymore. It is the power and mercy of God that has given me purpose, hope, and direction in this fallen world.

Because He asks me to. He asks me to be not weary in well doing. He tells me to keep my eye on the prize, my high calling in Jesus Christ. There will be a day when I will no longer be tired, have migraine headaches, be lonely, cry watching the news....I will one day be in the most glorious place a person will ever be, in the presence of my Lord and Savior. And He will bring perfect peace to this world. That blessed hope is why I go on.

I don't rightly know.

I just feel like I have to finish this race we call life. I don't like leaving anything half done, if you know what I mean.

A life half lived is not a life lived at all, in my opinion.
