Call her parents, neighbors, friends, her work perhaps. Does she have a land line at home? I doubt if her mobile service provider will give out the number because it may cost her to receive calls. Just be creative in thinking of other options and best of luck to you.

very easy there are two option
option1: call tata service for ur friend no by telling that u need it urgently as u have lost or some genuine excuse.
option2: if u were calling her earlier then u can ask ur service provider to give ur call details from that u can trace ameena'a and other no. also.
