Yes. But you should read the label to see which preservatives are in them. Most supermarket brands are loaded with extra crap, including sugar. The preservatives actually inhibit your body's absorption of the vitamins. Essentially you are just eating candy every day. Your body is getting no benefit. Flintstones are the worst for this. They are so pointless yet everyone talks about how great they are and OBs will even tell pregnant women to take them if they can't keep down prescription vitamins. Why? They do nothing at all. I won't give my own children Flintstones. I mean, I might as well just hand them candy. I'm not as familiar with centrum but I have a feeling they aren't much better. Read the label.
If you get a balanced diet, chances are you don't need the daily vitamin. But if you think you do then one great vitamin is by Nature's Plus. Check out vitaminshoppe.com They have some good quality vitamins. And no, I don't work for them or anything. I'm just a health nut.

They might have a little less of everything... and different porportions of them as well. You should examine the label and compare it to something like Centrum so that you know what you're getting. But of course, it's safe to take. When you finish the bottle, go ahead and get some adult vitamins.

I take them all the time. They don't have as many of the things you need as an adult vitamin but I can't take pills and I have been taking these.

Once you compare to 'adult' vitamins, you'll notice the amount of vitamins is not really close enough to be routinely useful.

You can take them. They actually do provide what you need. I had to take them instead of prenatals when I was pregnant. They were the only thing I could keep down,

There shouldn't be a problem but as a young women you should make sure that you're getting enough calcium (500mg or so) and folic acid (0.4mg).
