I don't think it's covered by any insurance. Call an insurance agent to be sure.

Plastic surgery is very seldom covered by insurance, unless it's following a mastectomy or an injury or something of that nature.

One note about breast implants - most surgeons recommend that they get replaced as often as every 10 years for safety's sake. If you're thinking of doing something like that, read a lot of info on it from independent sources.

Insurance does not cover breast augmentation, but they do cover breast reduction or reconstruction after massive weight loss.

We have a Plastic Surgery forum at the Kimkins diet site to answer questions for our 100+ pound loss members.

So, you look very even in areas, why do you need surgery if you look even?

I don't know about insurance, but if you get more than $7500 in plastic surgery, I think you get a tax advantage.

Medically necessary. That is the only way. There is no tax break either for plastic surgery, again, unless it is medically necessary.

i had a fellow gym instructor develope hernia in stomach, she got most of tummy tuck covered, also a vice principle friend of mine broke up a fight in school, only to get punched in her left boob implant, so insurance had to replace both. Otherwise forget it, start saving, or charge it
