I take a nap. Watching television helps too, because it causes your brain to shrink and rot to the point that you really, really care who the father of Tonya's baby is and whether John is cheating on Mike, so much that you stop caring about your own problems.

try to focus on a scenery of calm, breathe deep and slow, close my eyes, imagine touching grass, leaves, flowers, soft animals,whatever soothes at the moment; when i feel calm and relaxed, i start to figure what the priorities are, and go from there. Hot bath is nice too-turn light ooff, light a candle and just lay back for the stress to melt away....

By Thinking that if i want or not the time is passing and i am going to the future so it is better to be on time not in the past time it has gone. after i make amusing myself by every work or every sport which i like to do at that time. I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT TIMES ARE BELONG TO US NOT WE BELONG TO TIMES so you can use your time in the best way!!!

I relax and picture myself somewhere that I would be relaxed. Then, I try to detach myself from that setting and just "be"...unattached to anything and worried about nothing.
