i know a parent can name their child anything and who cares, but this is an answer/question board.
I saw this one child actor that has a first and last name that isn't hispanic. He looks part black in some scenes.

I'm unsure what your statement about the child actor has to do with your question...

People of different cultures tend to name their child something that resonates with that culture. "Darius" is not a Hispanic name (it's Persian in origin), so of course it would not be common in the Hispanic community.

that's OK but my nephew is named O'ryan Cosmo, and he is Hispanic,,, I really don't know which name is worse????

Well, it doesnt sound mexican. They tend to name their kids maria or like mine valeria only mine has the E instead of the A
