Because he doesnt like the house or the car or the bird or the fish. That or he just has a small bladder and cant control himself.

If yer dowg is peeing all ovah stuff, It means that he is gettin too many liquids. You need to folla him around with a coffee can and put unda him when he has ta pee all doze times. Dats what dey do when da woof leaks....

Could be a bladder infection, marking territory, boredom, or behavior problem. If the problem consist, you may have to start crating him while you are not at home, take him to the vet, or go see a behavior trainer person.

He is marking his territory! Take him outside about every 30 minutes or install a doggy door! They need to potty frequently! Also dogs LOVE marking trees! So if you want to be sure he does his business take him to any tree and let him lift! Should cure that if your persistant!

he's marking his territory, letting you and everyone else in the house know that it's "his" home
if he has a paticular spot he pees in, put pepper down as a deterrant, it should stop him.

sounds like you need a new dog! where do you keep your fish ?so,that he can pee on it! did he kill it? you need to put a doggy diaper on him! or take him to the vet! keep him outside! he wants to own everything marking the territory has he peed on you yet?
