Some would rather lead than follow so they know where they are going. I've never followed anyone because I don't trust what others think or do, I've always liked being the winner or part of the winning team.

Some are born leaders, some are followers.
It depends on the gifts you have inside of you, that make you a leader.
If a person can be trusted and knows knowledge, he will discern his on ways.
You have to know that you can not speak and open up and tell all.
Some never presue the things that can make them a leader.
Some don't care. They just want to be a follower
That doesn't mean that one is and greater than the other.
Different calls , on different people.
The one who follows often excells the leader
We are all one, who can lead if he doesn't have followers
Who can follow if he has no leader
The leader should bring the follower up to be the same as he.

For some are appointed by God to lead and many must follow. what good is an army if everybody wants to lead, the same if every one wants to follow. A leader is one who understands that they are not greater but the least for the lead are lead, God places whom he chooses over others, leadership is imperative for the function of society, God is a god of order.

Becasue certain individuals fear rejection if they don't follow like sheep. People lead because they have confidence and others won't take the lead. A leader doesn't fear a follower.

Not everyone was born to be a leader. Without followers, there wouldn't even be leaders.
God led Moses to lead so he was both a leader and a follower and we all know that story. :)

Because some people feel more comfortable following, and others just want to get things done or to have power over someone.

People have different personalities. Some only want to do what they want to do, some are happy being led along, and some prefer a mix of guidance and their own initiative. Personally I'm a mixture. I am happy to go along with some things but I like to do my own thing too.
