A strong believer?

I have noticed that in todays world Muslim are being dislike and being linked to the T word...it hurts to know that people link the beautiful religion of Islam to Terrorism. If an evil person calls themselves a follower of Islam ignore that because no true and guided Muslim will behave that way. Only a pure individual can be a Muslim. I request people to understand Islam.....I have to agree that many followers of Islam are not good but the religion itself is pure and beautiful because it embraces the Christian and Jewish religions......Islam embraces the injeel( unchanged bible), zabur (unchanged Psalms) , tawrah (unchanged), and Quran( final unchanged holy book). We muslims believe in Jesus, Moses, David, and ofcourse the last prophet Muhammad (saw).....this is the final religion, because what Moses started, David carried on, Jesus carried on, and finally Muhammad (saw) finished. The Quran is the final book of God. (I am not saying all this to convert anyone, but to make people aware)

When the prophets died the Holy books that had been revealed to them very modified and changed...people added details and there own words....And God has no mother, no father, and no son....god is an eternal being who is not like us humans Jesus being gods son is a misconception....people mistakingly thought that Jesus was son of God instead he was the messenger of God....trust me i can't explain all of this right now but if you do research not googling but good sources you will understand....and Jesus being crucified is also a misconception....

Also while i was reading the comments i noticed that someone wrote that many people are judging Islam based off the media, Iraq war, Country Affairs etc........very true.....not to sound rude but b4 anyone jumps to conclusions do just a little bit of research Did you know that the media is owned by big corporations and inturn what you learn from the media is nothing but BS....more of opinions not the facts....highly unethical....but i feel really hurt to know that people are being soooo misinformed not only about Islam but about everything in the world....I ALWAYS FELT THAT THE WORLD WOULD BE AT PEACE IF EACH INDIVIDUAL WAS AN INFORMED INDIVIDUAL!!

Well someone just asked me what i think of Laden.....well like i said before only a true muslim can be a follower of Islam...and judging by his actions i feel he is not following Islam....and once again for those of you who know where i am coming from i will make an equation and if you understand it then great if not then i really can't help you Laden=Media

Muslims (and Islam) say Jesus was a prophet but they reject all His teachings ...

They reject Christ's divinity;
they reject his claim to be the Son of God;
they reject his death on the cross...
they reject His ressurrection..
They reject Jesus is the Christ/ Messiah...

If Islam is, and the Muslim people are as you say, where is the huge uprising denouncing the terrorist activities being conducted in the name of your faith?

When the twin towers fell I saw American flags being burned by people dancing in the street. And they were not Christians or Jews, or any other group, they were Muslims and I saw streets full of them celebrating the attack and the death of 3000 people. Is this a peaceful people?

And why do you allow the terrorists to inhabit your holy places? I live close enough to Lodi, CA to go there in one day and return. One of your Churches was breeding terror within a half days drive of my home and family. If you want to blow up each other, I don't care but stay away from me, my family, my friends and my country.

I'm sorry, I just don't buy the whole peace thing. I will not attack you for no other reason than you are Muslim but if I know you are, I will always be on guard while I am around you. After what I have seen, it only makes good sense to me...

BTW, it has nothing to do with religion, I am an Atheist.

Not all of us believe that muslims are all terrorists.As a Christian, I reject the suggestion that our bibles have been changed, as the Dead Sea Scrolls and Textus Recepticus show they have not been; the Quran never claims this; and there is no historical evidence to suggest this view is correct. Nobody added or removed words, and if muslims knew how carefully Torah scrolls were copied (with the letters of the scroll counted at the end), they would feel foolish making such an accusation.

Christians also do not accept Islamic claims that Jesus was not crucified, since history (as recorded by even secular historians like Tacitus) plainly records that he was.

But I do respect many things about Islam.

What I respect most:

- The ability to stop, drop everything, and pray. What faith! I wish we Christians did more of that - put God first.

- The Sufis and the ninety nine names of God. What a beautiful way to meditate.

While I love everyone regardless of religion, I cannot accept any line of logic that accepts Jesus being a prophet but claims that he is not exclusively God. This is more an insult to His brutal and inhuman death than to simply deny that He even existed. It is simply contradictory to the claims of Jesus.

I respect the fact that you love people regardless of religion, and I can tell that God's love is in you, but I just can't accept the argument here.
