While there are many things that can trigger a headache, like sinus pressure, dehydration, stress, etc.
For me it was subluxation in my neck. This is when the neck looses it's "c" curve and goes straight. Also, bones were out of alignment and pinching nerves and so on. For me chiropractic care has helped get rid of those ugly migraines and set me free from pain.

What inside your head dislike causes a headache? Doesn't make sense to use words out of text does it?

Could be lots of things inside and outside your head. Inside: dilated blood vessels, a brain tumor (God forbid), pending blood clot (again, God forbid.) Outside sources can be eyestrain, stress, even hunger. If headaches persist over time, see your doctor.
