not neccessarily, just because it has the word organic written on the box, it can be just as fattening if not more than the regular foods, so be careful and don't let the word fool you. The best way to lose weight is exercise and eating things you know are good for you.

Recent studies have shown that organic foods will help you lose weight and you will definitely become fitter!
America is not the fattest country for no reason! According to the research I've been doing, part of the reason that we are so fat is that are bodies are not working effectively because of all of the chemicals that we put in them that make our metabolism sluggish!
If you believe the "carb theory" then you better look at the world around you. The Chinese eat an exorbinant amount of carbs (rice) yet they are about the thinnest people per capita on earth.
Also, if you shop at organic stores such as Trader Joe's or Whole Foods, you will find that these outfits don't charge much more if anything than Kroger's or Publix.
Why? Because they are doing exactly what Kroger and Publix are doing but with organic foods. They're mass marketing them!
Personally, I eat as much organic as possible. And if you don't have easy access to the organic stuff, follow this rule of thumb - only purchase on the outside walls of the grocery store and never go in the aisles! The aisles are evil!!! lol!
Another good rule of thumb is this - if God didn't make it, don't eat it! Whole foods that haven't been processed in any kind of way are always the best!
Drink a lot of Green Tea and good luck in your weight loss!
If you want to know how to eat - look at my answered questions and you will find one that I answered tonight with tons of suggestions!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Not by itself. There is organic ice cream. Doesn't mean you can get thin by eating a half gallon every night. My sister lost a lot of weight and became a lot healthier by becoming a vegeterian. She doesn't eat any dairy, but she does eat fish. She won't buy a lot of organic because it is so overpriced. She would rather not eat it at all than pay the big bucks for an organic steak

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

I do the same thing. When I eat salads and fruit and all the healthy crap and excercise I lose weight alot slower then if I just eat whatever I want to and excercise less (then when dieting). I have jsut pretty much given up on the whole healthy kick....it obviously does nothing for me. Just eat what you want and as long as you excercise, the weight should come off!! Besides you have a better chance of keeping it off that way, than with dieting!!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

nope. organic food will not benefit you in any way. the only thing it has that most mass produced produce has is.. they didn't use very many chemicals during the growth process.
but there's still chemicals.. it's a scam. just get regular produce that's fresh. wash your produce as usual.. it's better since most mass produced product is in danger of any type of risk and contamination.. it's best to just get the regular stuff.
as you see with what's been going on with vegetables and fruits lately...
you pay more for the same results...
the only way you'll lose weight is to eat right, moderate garbage food, drink your water and exercise.
www.mypyramid.gov
the organic food item is mostly propaganda... oh sure it's got the no chemical advantage.. (sort of) but the best organic food you can get is you plant it yourself, battle wits with the bugs without chemicals and pull it from the very soil you toil.
that's it.
it's a gimmick... there's a higher price tag for something that isn't any safer if not less safer.. and it's been known and i've seen it myself that organic foods rot faster than the foods that have been sprayed with elements to keep them from being contaminated.
regular produce isn't going to kill you.. unless there's a recall and that can happen with organic.. actually more often with organic.
just be cautious.. it's not worth it. grow it yourself instead if you want purity without the chemicals.
and i rather have the regular stuff.. least it's fit for transport, storage and handling. there's alot of contaminants out there... it's just best to get the regular and wash it off.. and i don't want maggots in my meats in case the organic process wasn't moderated which so many aren't.
organic is just going back to the dark ages... that's why we started using chemicals.. no one wants bugs and soil diseases in the food... no one wants maggots in the meat... no one wants rot in their juices...
:D

The benefit of eating organic is that you aren't putting a bunch of crap in your body. Crap creates bloat because your body is trying to protect you from the poisons in your food. Some examples of crap: pesticides on plants, and hormones and antibiotics in meat. Pesticides are poison. The hormones and antibiotics mess with your cycle and make you resistant to infection.
Also, organic foods are more expensive because it costs more to raise free-range meat and to kill the bugs that attack vegetables without pesticides.
