her kittens are about 4 months old and she is a little over a year.

If the kittens are still trying to nurse, she is letting them know that they can't have that anymore.

Also, she may be going into heat again. Watch out! You may end up with a house full of cats if you're not careful!!!

She is telling the kittens to be on their way, a normal thing for a Mom cats to do. They don't bond and stay together.

If shes a young cat and this is her first litter, its somewhat common for them to do this,
If the kittens are getting older, shes getting tired of them bothering her alll the time,
If they are old enough to be weaned, wean them and find them good homes.
Your Momma Kitty will be much happier!

she is telling them she has had enough!!!! She may also be in heat again and it would be a good idea to get her spayed before one of her kittens impregnates her.
