i have some sandwich meat in my fridge, about 3 weeks old sitting in a sealed plastic container. it's been opened before, but not opened in about 3 weeks. i threw away the package it came in so i don't know the expiry date. black forest ham from the looks of it. no weird smells or appearance, although there's a tiny bit of juice condensed on the lid. not alot though. is it still good to eat?

No. It should be used within a week, no more. Any packaged sandwich meat should be consumed within a week of opening. Sandwich meat from the deli should be eaten within four days.
