I see this question again- It seems that some are thinking of waving flags of our country- I have not really seen this except maybe when praying for our country or singing a patriotic anthem. I am assuming you are talking aobut generic looking flags or banners waved or used in dance as I often do. I explained some about it in your other question, I hope that helps.
This is a really good question, I am interested in seeing others' answers (those who do use flags in worship- not the silly ones :) )

Since America was actually founded on the principle of religious freedoms, people of faith are very patriotic. If the persecution of religion in this country doesn't stop, I'm not sure what will happen eventually.

What is the meaning of the question, and what does one have to do with another? Your question is confusing.
