That depends on the service.............valet parking that costs over ten dollars I give a 5 buck tip bellhop again that depends on what he is doing. If I have a lot of luggage i tip more If I carry my luggage and he is just showing me to my room he gets 2 bucks.

Depends... A tip in my mind is for a service above and beyond the usual. I also take into account these people are not paid well, so I always tip (10% of the bill at least) even when they do the usual average job. I start with a couple of dollars (or 10%) and move up if there is an apparent above and beyond effort. So, I always give a tip to service persons, more to thse who make an obvious effort to go above and beyond than simply just getting by in the service they perform for me. I worked in the service industry a while back, and believe me, tips were very important to making ends meet at one point in my life, so I did my best and went the extra mile to get the most return. Just take this into account when you give a tip to someone and remember, these people are NOT paid very well for what it is they do for you.

I would tip them no more than 30 degrees. Any further and they may fall over.
