Other than makeup, you can help them heal faster by putting warm, moist heat on them. It will make more blood come to the injured spot, thus drawing the bruising away.
I have to add that if you are being abused, there are ways to get help. You can start with your local police, ask for the number to a Women's Shelter.

Bruises? Well you can always put make up on them. But why do you have bruises that you are trying to hide? I hope someone's not beating you... there's people to call and places to go if that's the case.
But if you're just really accident prone, I'd say make up would really be the only thing to help.

if it's somewhere around your chest, legs and arms, wear long pants, shirts that go to your beltline or past, and wear long sleeves. if it is on your face, wear makeup and wear sunglasses if you have a black eye. that's all i've got.

green cover up/concealer and then makeup to match your regular skin tone.
