I'll give you a hint. God saw that it was good. Now, only a good God can make something good. He is of course not evil, but, he knows what is evil.
Now I will direct you to the nearest Christian Book store so you can pick-up a copy of the Holy Bible for yourself and learn for yourself.
And if you are wondering. That's why it is called "The Good Book" because God's Word is GOOD.

God is beyond Good and Evil as we know it.
Good and Evil are only such from our perspective,
BUT, to have the opportunity to exist, takes an initial giving, which is positive, instead of Negative, and thus good.
