Ok, someone explain this to me. I am 5'3 and I weight 105 lbs, so I am pretty tiny. But for some reason, I have a double chin! It can't be baby fat, I'm 21... My face is pretty slender but for some reason my chin has issues. I've had it all my life. Blame it on genes...I absolutely hate my side profile, and hate taking pictures from certain angles. I am super self consious about this, and it can get pretty depressing. I am happy about my over all looks except for this feature. I am actually considering surgery because it bothers me so much. Anyone have any advice before I have to go under the knife?

I'm just lookin' at your chins and I can see why theres two of 'em ... just waaaay too much cute in there for one chin ....
be comfy with who you are ... anyone who is "put off" by something as insignificant as a double chin is too shallow to be even thinking about

I read something that said that there are not many known exercises for losing a double chin, but there are some.

{I'm not sure if they work;never had a double chin, never done these exercises.}

1.) Open your mouth as wide as you can. Then hold it like that for 15-20 seconds. Repeat.

2.) Open your mouth as wide as you can. Then move your jaw up and down slowly. Repeat.

I think most of all people have double chins.yes the skinny women too.i took notice to this after i realized i had one and iam not close to being fat.my mother has it.Mine doesn't look bad at all. but to lighten your load try face lifts before you go under the knife.It's simple all you do is exercise your face muscle as if lifting weights.I got the idea of a site few years back.

I'm sure your double chin is pretty to some and gives you character to make you be you and not some other nut case.

Do chin exercises!Look at ceiling,open and close your month as wide as posible,looking way up at same time,Do 50 aday in pers or 25!Good Luck,Hollywood

It should be a simple piece of surgery and if it will make that much difference to you, do it! Good luck!

I am 23 and 5'5'' and weigh 104Ibs...and have a small double chin too...I don't want to have it surgically removed tho...try exercise....

I really woudn't know what to say about that!! Umm, excercises? maybe going under the knife is the only way?? I'm not sure!! Sorry i couldn'r be more help!!
