Cats' noses are always dry when they are, or have just been, asleep. Other times their noses should be wet.

A dry nose does not necessarily mean a sick cat.

nope.. it does not as usually when it is wet is because your cat just had a drink from is favourite bowl.. actually, when its dry its ok but when its starts to get wet eventhough he didnt drink any water then its a problem
