Show how 3 factors: 1. The belief in in-group superiority of White workers;
2. exploitative practices of businesses; and

1. Christian theist concepts vs. "godless" Asian spiritual beliefs.
2. Extreme racial differences.
3. Extreme language differences and subsequent communication limitations. Most of the people in the U.S. in the 1800's spoke Germantic languages which were similar. Spoken and written Asian languages were indecipherable to people here from Europe.
4. Asians were better educated than the average U.S. citizen and that disturbed ignorant, unsophisticated people.
5. The Asians who arrived here after the Civil War to work on railroad constructions and other post war industries were a handy new race to scapegoat and dominate after slaves were freed.
6. Asians were highly industrious and threatened small business owners with their quick success.
7. Asian males appeared to be "feminine" due to smaller frames, occasional queues, soft fabrics worn, and mannerisms of bowing and smiling, which were unacceptable behaviors for males at the time.

I am married to an Asian woman and am an American citizen who is white. We have felt very little prejudice regarding out relationship from either whites or Asians.

My wife's family is very prosperous considering the struggle they have had to do business in English, it is very hard to learn if you speak an Asian language.

If you are experiencing some sort of difficulty in life you should examine yourself and quit inventing a new type of prejudice
