It sounds like she definitely likes you. But what can you do about it? Making you wait until you're 18 to date is a little extreme. I don't know what you're suppose to do for the next 5 years when you have a gf. I guess just talk to her at church or school, e-mail her, talk to her on the phone, text her?? That's not much of a relationship. I'm sorry to break this to you, Dear, but if you can't date til you're 18 most girls aren't going to wait around, they are going to be wanting to go out with guys to parties, school functions, movies....
You need to have someone have a serious talk with your parents.
And tell your parents to stop teasing you because it's bad enough that you can't date for 5 more years. I'm not saying you should be allowed to date now, maybe at 16, 15 1/2 at the earliest.
Good luck to you. I hope this girl does become your gf. :-)

Enjoy the time you can spend with her, you don't have to date her to have a really good time with her, that's for sure. If your parents have a problem with you dating before you turn 18, it's unusual that they would tease you about her, usually they would tell you to get over her or something, so i'd guess that's not really a problem. Just keep spending time with her-but don't obsess about it (like counting how many times she sits next to you in 20 minutes) that might scare her a little. But yeah, the more time you spend with her talking about her problems, the more likely she will like you more and more, and you can work on asking her out...

omg before you said that you were 13 i could have sworn that you were the same guy i hung out with over the weekend only a lil different but anyways.... i think that you should just go up to her and be like i heard you like me is it true because it was only like 3 years ago that i was 13 and i'm pretty sure that if you ask her if you like her and she says yes then you should tell her that you feel the same way... yall are a lil young to get serious but hangout a couple more times and see where things go.... :]

If she didn't like you she wouldn't sit by you, especially knowing that you like her. Just relax and have fun hanging out with her. And I hope your last name isn't Taylor...:o)

Uhm...tell her how you feel and hope she's still there when you're 18?
