Try this ...
Just walk up to him and say how handsome you think the Groom looks or how beautiful you think the Bride looks or ask him something like Don't you think they make such a perfect couple ... just any old ice-breaker to get him to notice you .... He probably already does he's just been too shy to talk to you :)
Good Luck (fingers crossed)

Relationships grow not from the outside, but from what comes from your inner self- your charm.
Be charming around him, if you like him. Be available to talk and walk, and dance, etc. But, don't be so forward that you will scare him.
The old ways are proven ways and even work today. If you are looking for lasting relationships....they must evolve. There is no quick and easy way to say it. It may evolve for you and you may find that it won't.
But, all the same, you are learning from the experience, whethter it is right for you or not.
Believe in yourself, your beauty, you are someone of value, and deserve to be treated with respect. Assuming you are female, you are very special and will be a gift to some young man, someday. So. let that shine from within you. Be patient and someday, you will connect and be happy with someone, as one.

Its always best to just be yourself. Act, talk and dress the way you normally do, but of course, exert just a bit effort. You don't want this guy to think you changed yourself entirely for him, do you? If he likes you just the way you are, well then, GREAT!

You should sit at a table with him and people that you both normally feel comfortable with so that conversation will flow at your table naturally. Than if you're feeling more comfortable with him ask him to dance at the reception.

I have an idea. When u see him, mention your computer has become slow. Maybe, he will suggest he can fix it, of which he probably can. Even if it is new, it will not hurt, he will tune it up!

a wedding is a great place to flirt and get to know him because you are at this big party but you don't have to be the center of attention.
