Wait a week or until her stitches are healed.

The stitches are usually in for 10 days. My vet says you can bathe them 3-5 days AFTER the removal of the stitches.
Don't bathe her too early; you don't want the soap and dirt to get in her incision and cause an infection.

You really need to wait until her sutures come out and her incision is healed. This is usually about 7 to 10 days. If you want to clean her off they sell the pet wipes/bath wipes at any pet store, you can clean her with these just stay away from her incision area.

I would give her at least a month. You don't want soap or chemicals getting into the fresh scar tissue
