first you will need 2 egg cartons. once you boil a dozen eggs for about 15-20 minutes, then u will let them set and cool for a bout an hour or a little longer. then you will cut each egg in half and put the yolk in a bowl and put the whites in each hole in the carton then you will add mayo and mustard and sugar to the yolks then u will beat them with a fork until desired level of thickness adding the same amount of mayo and mustard with a couple tablespoons of sugar of course tasting it as you go along seeing if there is anything you should add more of then you will fill each egg up with the yolk. chill in fridge until desired chill ness enjoy

Six eggs, mayo & yellow mustard.

Boil the eggs (10 mins. in boiling--but not rolling boiling or it will break the eggs).

Run under cold water & crack off the shells. Cut in half w/s sharp knife.

Put yellow centers in a bowl, use a fork & break into tiny pieces. Mix in mayo & a little yellow mustard.

Fill the white halfs with the yellow mixture (use a spoon).

Some people sprinkle with paprika.

first off hard boil your eggs and let them get cold.
peel then slice in half lengthwise, carefully remove all the yolks.
in a bowl mash the yolks, add salt and pepper and just enough mayo or dressing to hold them together you can also add some finely chopped onion and celery,
then you fill each egg half back up.

Put 12 eggs in pot. Add enough water to cover them and put a lid on. Bring to a rolling boil and then turn burner off. Let the eggs sit on the burner (which is off) for 20 minutes. Run cool water over them to cool enough to handle.
