Nope. It's highly unlikely. There is always a greater likelihood that a bird will catch something from you, or pick up a bacteria or a fungus from her surroundings.

In general the answer is no. Which birds are you speaking of? All animals have some sort of parasite that can call them home. Most adult parasites are very specific to which host they can live on or in. For instance, bird lice wont live on people, and people lice don't live on birds. There are some larval stages of bird parasites that can affect humans without actually infecting them. For example, there is a larval schistosome bird parasite that can burrow into the skin of humans if they are unlucky enough to swim in lakes that have this parasite. It causes intense itching and welts and is known as cercarial dermatitis or "swimmers itch" So, unless you are eating uncooked birds or ingesting their secretions, you are safe from bird parasites generally speaking.

If your worried about your Birds, they can get MITES.
Go to the petshop and tell them you want something that keeps the birds from getting Mites.
Its a round metal thing that hangs in the cage and your birds will be Mite free!
