everytime I go past him he darts his eyes on me. Please let me know because I like him and I don't know if I should make my move on him. Because I don't want to feel weird if he says that he doesn't like me.

He might be getting annoyed because you keep walking past him and disturbing his focus.
He might be bored & stare at everyone walking past.
He might be looking at a sticker or label that someone put on your back saying 'kick me'.
He might like you and be shy.
Who knows?
Are you a bloke and therefore gay? Your icon is male.
If so, be damn sure you don't make an error if you try to move things on. If he's straight, you'll cause him total embarrassment and he'll probably report you for harassment.
If you're a girl or gay and feel confident he is too, then drop him an email & break the ice
Relationships at work can get really messy though, so consider the possible fall-out.

I'll say, when next he looks at you in that way jus smile and go past, don't say a word. That will only show that you are jus being friendly maybe, in the way that will make him have the courage to talk to you. I think he likes you but..... either he has somethings to consider before he approaches you or he's too scared you'll turn him down. Try and be more friendly but don't ask him out though.

I would be willing to bet he likes you, but is too shy, or just completely petrified to ask you out.
A tip for you, a gentleman will be flattered and impressed. A player, will check his social calender first, and still being a player, take you up on it on another day.

1- Don't date people from work, it only brings problems.
2- If you can't help it ....then when the guy looks at you, smile at him. If he likes you he'll make a move soon or later. Just be open and patient.

i would test the ground first. try and start a conversation. try and get his email address, put on it you look bored thought i would keep you busy.... and go from there. if not, then try and make conversation in another way,. go past him and put a sexy grin on, dont come on to strong as it may be nothing. hope this helps
