Sure. I'm 53 and look it. I've got a moron for a boss who has been looking for an excuse to fire me since I had my stroke in April. And because I had to work instead of finish college, and I'm now over 50, you will need to find a job where you can support my household which includeds my 23yr old daughter in grad school who has medical conditions and cannot get health insurance. Right now I have a terrible cold, so you get that too. Also, there's the g/f, the other daughter, son in law and step granddaughter, not to mention her daughter, son in law and new grand daughter, and her son that you are surrogate mom and grandmother to.
There's the basement that I've been working on for a month now, that I will be more than happy to turn over to you. And that smell of cat piss, yes that's exactly what it is, thanks to my daughters cats who lived here for months while my new son in law looked for a job. I hope you have better luck than I have at figuring out where the odor is coming from and how to get rid of it. The rest of the basement should be easy to figure out, I've gotten rid of the junk for the most part. You just need to have the married daughter get her remaining boxes out of the basement, then have the daughter living at home go through her boxes and store them. There's the stack that goes to charity as well, and the half of the basement that the previous owners and your ex (well actually you need to get the paperwork filed on that, but he's not contesting the divorce, he just won't pay for it, that's on you too), that needs to be picked up by a junk dealer. While you are at it, have him clear out the storage shed, just watch out that the spiders don't invade the house. The lawn service should be there next week to clean up the yard still a mess after a violent summer storm. I haven't gotten to it yet, and well, its just me.
Upstairs, the back two rooms need to be emptied and the final bit of carpet removed, then put back together once completely cleaned. There are lists on all the walls of the jobs for the contractor, but you will need to buy the supplies at the hardware store, there's a list for that two. The window sills need to be sanded and stained, then sealed and the new curtains need to go up. The kitchen floor needs to come up, and really if you feel like it and can afford it, the cabinet that feel off when the kids moved out, needs to be replaced. All the curtains on the main floor need to be washed and put back up.
The computer needs to be packed back up and sent back to Dell as its making the most ungodly noise, and I still can't load SIMS2. The toilet insides need to be replace and the shower curtain needs to come out. The contracter will need to install those safety railings. Speaking of safety railings and the contractor, the front steps need something. You might as well have him start on the new back deck, since the steps had be torn down two weeks ago since they were rotting and the morgage company wouldn't pass them on inspection. BTW, you close on the morgage refinance in two weeks but if you don't the morgage payment goes up from 620 to 1000. And since there is no escrow account for the taxes, the bill is due on 123106 and is up to 1500 this year.
When you get done with the main floor the upper floor needs to be painted and the carpet cleaned. I would advise setting this up for the kids. See last paragraph.
Once you replace the garage door and opener, you should be set for winter, but keep in mind that the porch needs to be painted too.
In November, you need to rent a van and drive to Chicago to pick up your rocking chair that your daughter used in her final student show. Her graduation party is that month too, so actually you don't have until Dec to finish the main house, just a couple of weeks.
Oh, and did I mention I (I mean, you) are having Christmas dinner this year for the family. That means the 50 immediate family members on my side will show up on Christmas eve expecting to be fed and entertained.
So, I'm ready and willing when you are, and really I don't care what gender you are either.

Always wondered what it would feel like being a guy during sex! I doubt if my will is strong enough but, I have always wondered about that.
