Hi Ryan

You're not getting enough circualtion

Cause
Dizziness can be caused by constipation when pressure causes the nerves to become impinged. There are many other reasons for dizziness such as the menstrual period, an injury or a fall on the head, compacted sinuses, or blood pressure problems.

One vulnerable area in the human body for this "hardening of the arteries" is found in the brain. Regardless of how intelligent an individual has been in the past, when the arteries in the brain area become hardened there is a resulting slowness in thinking, loss of memory, headaches, dizziness, dimming eyesight, paralysis, and one of the saddest conditions of all - senility.

Quick action plan.

a) Cayenne will give relief and give some circulation in your body. This refers to any peppers that have some heat to them. If you have to take capsules that is ok, but its most effective eating peppers because they get in your blood quickly to penetrate all areas of the body especially the brain and heart.

b) Be sure to get a lot of nutrition in your body.

c) THe short/long term action item is to do a colon cleanse. That would be very beneficial for your health overall. 80% of all illness' and diseases are caused by a clogged colon. If the toxins cant get out, where do they go?

Best of health to you

Cheers

IThis could be due to lack of sugar in your body. Brain does not function properly when it does not get enough sugar.

Try eating some fruits which contain natural sugar or any drinks that have sugar contained in them such as sport drinks.

If this does not solve then only a doctor can help.

I agree, probably an inner ear infection (labrynthitis). Try an over the counter antihistamine and see if it goes away.

you could possibly have an inner ear problem. sometimes when you have fluid in the inner ear it can cause balance problems. The inner ear controls your equilibrium.
