Are spirits lost souls or are they demons imitating our life form to confuse and torment us?

Spirits that linger in places for years and show themselves only to certain people, are they lost in between worlds or are they demons here to confuse and torment us?

It is Demonic activity to lead people away from God's truth. The bible says that the dead know nothing. Satan will do anything to discredit God. So Satan and his Demons imatate a dear departed love one, and people believe that it is their love one. So this sets into motion of how God is a liar, the dead do come back. No!!!! Satan is the liar and God speaks the truth!! When you die you are dead, and you stay that way until Jesus comes back on resurrection day.

Usually the type of spirit you have described here is a lost soul. A person that has bounded themself to the earth because of emotions or values that they held onto instead of letting go. Some don't know they are dead and need to be made aware of that. There are people that are specially trained for that and they are the only ones that should attempt it. There are enities that are of the negative vibration but they cannot harm you if you are protected by the light. They like to think they can but they can't. The problem is unconsciously we might have doubts that we are unware of. This is why these situations should only be dealt with, with the help of an expert.

it could be said to be a form of Sheol, being stuck and tormented instead of moving on properly.

When you die you go to the spirit world. Either paradise or spirit prison.

Before we all came to this earth we were given a choice to follow the Lords plan or to follow satan. 1/3 of the host of heaven followed Satan. WE followed the Lords plan that is why we are here with bodies and they dont have them.

They hate us. They want to torment and tempt us and make us afraid and lose our eternal reward with their temptations. They are miserable because they see what they lost.

Some people have spiritual eyes to see things such as this and others are too disbeleiving or are not ready to see them.

It is good you ask about such things so you wont beleive these rediculous stories you hear these wacked out soothsayers are saying. Its just not true.

Good question. I didn't know if you wanted a bible verse because I actually don't know of one for sure, but they are demons. Demons are very clever and know exactly how to imitate a dead person, so that you believe that it was the deceased. Demons are all over. We don't always see them or angels, but it's like an invisible world of Good and evil(Angels and demons)We don't get lost anywhere. On the day of judgment we be judged and we will fly in the sky to meet Him.

The bible pretty much tells us that when we die, we do not linger on this earth. We go to either heaven or hell.

"Ghosts" are one of 3 things, demons that are trying to scare us (among other things), Angels that people don't realize what they are so they call them ghosts, and figments of others' imaginations for either temporary fun or because they've made themselves believe.

If a man says he saw a ghost, there are many that would believe him.... but if someone were to say that an Angel of God came and spoke to him each day they'd be called crazy and that's just sad.

According to the Book of Enoch which is quoted in the Bible in the book of Jude, evil spirits are the spirits that remained on earth after the progeny of the fallen angels who went down to earth and took human women for wives died. In other words, the giants of Genesis 6, when they died there was no place for their spirits found in Heaven or below the earth but they are doomed to wander the earth until the day of judgment comes.

I believe that music can help to cure our soul, if indeed our soul needs curing in the first place. The music that is inside of us has to be (at least in part) the soul and therefore it is our inner state of being in its most enlightened form. A surge of pure altruistic emotion (like joy, happiness, knowing something deep down right) tells us that our inner being accepts and knows things that our conscious minds do not. I can only describe the experience of this is two ways (needless to say our reaction to it no doubt is very unique and personal).. 1. is pure untainted blinding great light accompanied with a bubble burst of complete utter happiness 2. Is a grey hill where no one else exists but we all are there, waiting to be reborn (i think) communicating effectively together without saying a word and then just all disappearing into dust.
