Well heaven and hell are not YA where we can calculate points for best answers or for questions

When the soul reaches heaven, the subtle result of its deeds is worked out. Now the intensity of that Karma determines how long one would stay in heaven or hell.

In hell ( I like to call it sub-astral levels)...souls fight with each other till the violence in their astral body is not exhausted...some may fight for 10 yrs and some 1000s of years.

When the subtle violence is finished, the soul comes back to earth to get physical pains...which she indicted on others.

So hell and heaven are Astral planes, which are not actually for punishment or rewards... these are to work out our subtle desires so that we are free from them and advance further

hope i did not confuse you

the problem is... given human nature... it's like entropy... human nature runs down and down ...if you came back 100 times... youd get worse each time..

you need a savior to break the cycle of the fallen flesh and breath new life into it
