It's the amount of alcohol you have in your bloodstream at a given time. They do these tests to prove someone is driving drunk or whatever. If the amount is over the amount they set by the state as legal then you are legally intoxicated. Get it. Hope you never have to use it. Driving drunk is not smart. Drink and stay in one place, but being drunk has a negative effect on your thinking process...that's why people drink and drive.
