As a matter of fact, I just looked this up the other day for a friend of mine. He is 4 months behind on his mortgage.
This is call a Bail Out Loan, it's not for someone that can get a second mortgage or refinanced.

Also, call your mortgage company first, if you're only a month or two behind, they have what they call a deferment. They will take a couple payments and put them at the end of your loan. You will make these payments last. They will only do this once though!

If you need anymore help, I will certainly try.

Hello
Depending on the type of loan you have - there is probably help. Call your mortgage company and ask them for repayment options
Usually they have options such as extending the life of your loan, increasing your monthly mortgage to pay back mortgage or a smal loan to cover the arrearages. You have to ask. You should call immeidtaely do not delay. You may be surprised to see that it really isn't that hard to do. May I also advise that you take your prospective contract to an attorney so you know exactly what you are getting - you do not want someone to potentially take your royalties or hinder future pursuits with other recording labels because a company now owns you. Get an agent and do lots of research before you agree. American Idol is an example of this. The potential winners agree to sign an agreement exclusively with the agents of American Idol and they are stuck once they win.If you will notice, there is not a whole lot mentioned or air time for the people who win The atorney may charge a bit, but it is so well worth it. You need to be represented.
Good luck!

follow your dreams, but be aware that if a good thing happens a bad thing is sometimes on the way.
