i was recently babysitting my nephew and i was changing his diaper and i swear he **** a lego.

I remeber eating legos as a small child nothing bad happened to me. Although I would look into what your nephew puts in his mouth and nasal area. During a Simpson's episode Homer discovered that his stupidity was caused by a crayon in his brain. So please be careful.

Yes, kids can poop out lots of objects. Almost anything they can swallow. It is scary, but he must have swallowed it and no one knew about it.
there is a possibility that a toy can get lodged in the digestive tract and cause a bowel obstruction, but I hear a lot more anecdotes about what came out of a baby's butt.
It is scary though. You can never be too careful about what a baby puts into its mouth. And always be on the lookout for any bloated stomachs and constipation. I'm not being funny by saying this, especially when there are older kids and it is so difficult to keep everything away from a baby.

I've never heard of that one. I've heard about and seen coins, but not a lego. Must have been a smaller one.
I can't see one of the large toddler kind coming out of a child, or an adult.

possibly he stuck it in his diaper while playin? Because unless it was a real little one, i doubt he would poop it, he would of choked. And i know the feeling, how did my daughter get a letter b in her diaper? lol, she was playin with the magnets again, and stuck her hand down there, after all they dont know the difference, they just know that things can go down there and then disappear. Good Luck on figuring it out, its very mind boggling.

First of all, if it is small enough - yes. It can travel through the GI tract and be expelled, as can other small, non-digestable objects.
So yes it is possible, however little kids are also known for sticking objects down their pants and everywhere, so maybe he stuck one in his diaper.

Ouch! Plastic can't be digested, so if he swallowed it, it's either going to get stuck inside or it's going to come out the other end in a couple of days. Gotta watch carefully what the little ones pop in their mouths!

Yea...You can poop a lego, but you better make sure it doesn't block your intestines...If it doesn't pass in a couple of days, you may want to consult with your doctor..

ya it is possible. I would tell the your aunt and uncle that you found a lego in his poop. Let them know so they can be watching better.

maybe they can, maybe they can't. it depends on how big it was and whether the lego was already in his diaper. remember on little man(if you saw it) he **** a diamond!!
