I don't think so. If it were, you could get there by rocket ship. It is another dimension, not another world. Yet, in a sense, it is continuous with this world, somewhat as this one is continuous with the world of the womb. From the viewpoint of an unborn child, this world is distant and outside the womb; but from the viewpoint of a born person, the womb is in the world, and the unborn child is already in the world—the child just doesn't see this until after birth.
I suspect that from the viewpoint of Heaven we will truly say that Earth was part of Heaven, Heaven's womb. But you cannot get there by rocket, only by faith and death, just as the fetus cannot get into the world outside the womb except by birth.

A fetus does not get into the world outside by faith or death...Heaven might be what we think of as another dimension because we currently don't have the capacity to comprehend ... I think it is good that you have come up with an analogy that lets you be comfortable with the notion of Heaven and our inability to reconcile Newtonian Physics with Quantum Physics...whatever works!

I don't see the point in asking a question if you have the answer. Besides, the question in itself and all the possible answers would mere speculations.
You could have asked the same thing about hell. Both are mentioned in the Bible and, if you are a believer, by faith, they are real to you. So, what difference does it make where either place is? You are bound to go to one of them.
If you are not a believer, it doesn't matter, they are as unreal as Fantasy Island.

Hell and heaven in within oneself. If you create heaven within yourself by accumulating spiritual and devine thoughts, you make your surrounding a heaven. Or if you opt to think negative, do negative you and your surrounding will be filled with negativities and life 'll be hell.

So, my friend, please be positive and practical and we all can create a heaven within ourselves.

"13.7 billion years ago something happened in our universe that caused a splattering of hot objects to hang unsuspended in space."

Of course, these hot illuminating objects are called "stars". Their satellites are known as "planets".

One of these early planets soon crusted over and cooled off enough to sweat water; It was called "Planet H".
