What are the hottest, most exclusive clubs/lounges in New York City this winter?

So...what are the hottest lounges/clubs to be seen and rub elbows with the rich, fashionable and famous in NYC lately? I'm hoping for 24+ type crowd, exclusive, with tough door policies, a trendy feel, and experimental house, international, or old-school trancy stuff. Got any recommendations? Thanks.
