Just do it a little step at a time, set some goals for yourself and go a little further every time, start out by just going out to your backyard or your front porch, then next time go a little further down the street and so on, before you know it you will be able to leave. One way to get the courage is to think that life is short. Why let some fear stop you from living it. Try to get the strength and courage from some source. It could be a person or a movement who struggled for a good cause. I get my courage from my beloved brother who was full of life even though he struggled for every breath he took.

i am in the same situation. it sounds like you have agoraphobia which is fear of leaving the house. the best way i have dealt with it is to make yourself do it. start small first, just checking the mail or taking out the trash. you'll eventually get to the point to where it's not a big deal anymore. good luck.

Dont try to push yourself too hard. Just step outside, even if one step, you are progressing and doing a great job.

my ex would not ever leave either I told her to try just hanging out with me until she felt uncomfortable then I would just take her home so I say find someone you trust then hang out with them for a couple min a a time till you feel better about it

uh... get some clothes on, do your hair, and if u want wear a hat and sunglasses so people can recognize you, then slowly take them off (starting from end to beginning, but not until your naked)
