Parsley because, its the most versatile. I grow all my own herbs and I seem to use to most parsley. I've started growing both curly and flat leaf I love it so much.

uncomplicated previous parsley does it for me, its great as a garnish,and you are able to throw it away afterwards without feeling accountable.It makes a great sauce and grows on the window sill with little or no interest!

Sage! I love earthy sage in sausage and with poultry. Stuffing isn't stuffing without sage.
