Have you ever tried green pumpkin seeds?

There was a sign saying the pumpkin I bought had the best seeds for roasting. When I cut it open the seeds were dark green. I haven't seen that kind before. Have you? Do you like them?

yes they are called PEPITAS - YUM!

Yes, they are ok.. I live in Austria and they are very common on and in all types of breads. In fact my son made some very good pumpkin soup tonight.
