You can damage or freeze the surrounding skin by using ice, don't do it.
Try an acne cream with benzyl peroxide 2%. If the pimple has a head, poke it gently with a sterilized pin to release the fluid.

practically, if you put ice on your pimple, it'll just get cold... really cold. i once tried that at home hoping the pimple would shrink and just disappear but it didn't...
pimples are actually caused by the inflammation of the skin cause the skin's trying to protect the itself from foreign bodies. as days pass by, you may find your pimple a lot bigger with a yellowish thing under the skin... that's actually the puss or the sort of "by product" produced after the antibodies have fought against the invaders...
yeah! so it all means that putting an ice on top of that pimple will gaurantee you no change at all except for the lower skin temperature on that area, of course...
what you need to do is to prevent the pimple from coming out by proper hygiene... wash your face at least 2 times a day, use a non-comogenic facial wash like that of mary kay's... it's really effective... cause if it's non-comogenic or whatever! it doesn't use perfumes and other things to make your cleanser smell good... and making your cleanser smell good will only irritate your skin.. so go for unscented ones because they're all natural...
hope i helped... :o)

It can help reduce swelling after you've squeezed a pimple. In general you shouldn't squeeze or freeze your face though!
Try just ignoring your pimples. To prevent them you can try washing your face twice a day, drinking lots of water, eating fresh stuff and exercising regularly... but you probably have heard all that before!

Probably nothing except freeze the zit and make it hurt.
Don't do it. If you really want to get rid of the redness I have tried Visene, the eye drops,(probably spelled that wrong) that get the red out. If you have to look gorgeous right now....otherwise, go to hsn.com and check out "serious skin care" products and look for a product called "dry-lo". That stuff is amazing....it will get rid of pimples fast.

it will make it worst. as pimples like moist areas, and since ice melts into water it will not go away. i suggest you try and dry them up, or may as well use a face product./

Make them cold.
Try boiling a pot of water and putting your face in the steam. It opens the pores and then you can wash your face and get all the dirt and grease out.

My opinion, it will do nothing on your pimples. It will just make your pores smaller and reddens your face
