ok the first set is at 5 weeks, 2nd at 8 weeks, 3rd at 12wks, 4th at 16wks and the final on at 20wks along with the rabies shot. after that then it is once a year for the booster and rabies. then the rabies can be given every 3 yrs. he will need 2 more sets along with the rabies to get him caught up. i breed goldens and i do my own shots and that is the schedule i do for my pups. i do the first shot and then i give the new owners the rest of the shot schedule for them to give the shots from their vets.

The shots should have been given about 3 weeks apart starting when he was 6-8 weeks old. Since he is older, I would give him one more shot and then a booster in a year. He should already have his rabies shot? If it has only been a few days since his last shot, wait 3 weeks and give another one. If it has been over 3 weeks, go ahead and give him one now.

They usually are given a series of three shots starting at 6 weeks. Some people start as young as 4 weeks ( I think this is to young) Then they are given yearly.
Check your local animal control regarding giving rabies shots yourself. Most cities require that these shots be given by a licensed Vet

Once a year is fine, but with rabies, after the dog has had two doses one year apart,it can be given every three years.Personally ,although I do give my dogs their 7-way shots myself,I prefer to have the rabies shot given by my vet.It is LEGAL this way(in my state, rabies shots given by the owner don't count if your dog bites someone). Also,my dogs get a good check-up by the vet this way.

When still a pup, they get those first few sets of shots. After that, they get yearly shots, that you can do at home.
But, the rabies shot (at least in my state, I'm not sure if it's the same for all states) cannot be sold and given by the owner, a vet has to give it. But thankfully, they get the first one when they're young, and that lasts a year. Then at one year, they get another rabies shot, but that one lasts three years. So, if your giving yearly shots yourself, you'll only need to take the dog in once every three years after they're a year old to get a rabies.
I know this, because, I dog-sled, and we have 21 Siberian Huskies. Believe me, it'd be expensive to take them all in every year for all of their shots. So we do them at home, once a year, all at the same time, but we only have to take them in every three years to get the rabies done.
Hope that helps!

Well you missed a few shots
next is 12-13 weeks and for some breeds 17-18 weeks.
I think you just need to get it caught up on all shot at a vet. You cant seem to do it yourself.
The answer is...Just as many as would a vet.

If you're worried, get her another vaccination. Once dogs have been vaccinated as adults, their immunity should last for many years. Think about it, how often do you get vaccinated? But, since it's been a couple years since she was last vaccinated, another shot probably won't hurt her.

If he's finished his puppy shots, then you don't need to do it again until next year when his booster is due. By this age, he should be fully vaccinated.
Just a point: if you weren't sure about this, then you shouldn't have done it yourself until you consulted with a vet.
