It's like the leaves on the tree when they fall off they are blown and tossed around by ther forces of the wind and where they end up is anybody's guess. We though as humans inheritly make conscious decisions about how we act. God could not have forseen whether Adam and Eve would have been obedient.
Is that not why we are here? To answer the challenge of the devil over whether we will obey god and what are our motives like Job of the bible ?
We have all the freewill in the universe.

He knows everything that will happen. We don't. Hind sight is twenty twenty for us.
Yeah, He knew they'd eat the forbidden fruit. They were told not to and made the conscience decision to eat it anyway.
People have a really hard time grasping the idea that we do make our own decisions and we are responsible for them and will be held accountable.
Why didn't He stop them? Why didn't they obey Him when He told them not to eat it to begin with?
If you break a rule there is always a consequence.

not easy in any respect. God gave them a decision and the freedom to make that decision.they might have chosen particularly to devour from the Tree of existence. They knew what the outcomes will be of creating the incorrect decision. in spite of the indisputable fact that the freedom to opt for is incomprehensible if there's no decision to be made contained in the first decision.

Everyone's will is 100% free.
God's knowing in advance what we will do doesn't affect free will at all.
Adam was unable or unwilling to keep the only commandment that existed in the world at the time.
What does this tell you about him and his attitude?
Prideful? Selfish? Stupid?
He probably deserved a good, long, time out!

Because God is a relational God. In order for there to be a relationship with us we have to have free will to choose to have a relationship with Him.
Yes, I believe God knows everything that will happen, but this no less diminishes my free will to choose. It's just that God knows how I will choose, He hasn't chosen for me or anyone else. He just knows our story, and the choices we will make.

Adam and Eve had free will to obey God they abused that freedom, so it was in the beginning so it is now.

The point is that God allows us to do what we want, regardless of whether he knows what we will choose. I mean, does it really matter whether God knew they would disobey him? Wasn't the whole point of adam and eve's "test" was to see whether they could be completely obedient to God?

God messed up, yet he's perfect, which is why it's nothing more than a story. Also, yes, if god is all knowing than we have no choice in any matter, "free will" is just an illusion.

Simply because the myth was written by humans! Humans spread it around, humans communicated it, humans misconstrued it, humans misinterpreted it, humans misunderstood it and humans continue to perpetuate it. So, the chain keeps going unbroken and it will be going for ever and ever.
