After my mutt-dog, German Shepherds have always been my favorite - they're just so lovely and the ones I've known have had personality in spades ... but when it comes down to it durn-near ANY dog could qualify as my favorite - hooray for dogs =)

My dog is at this time. He is a German Shepperd-husky. If I had the choice I would get an Irish Wolfhound or a Scottish Terrier or the next Heinz 57 that melts my heart.

I love shih-tzus! I have six and recently started breeding. they have excellent personalities. also they don't shed. so people who have dander allergies can have one. (i know this because i sold one to a lady who thought she could never own a dog) I would not trade them for anything
