Exodus14:28 Then the waters returned and covered the chariots, the horsemen and all the army of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them. Not so much as one of them remained.
It does not specifically say that Pharaoh was drowned but one can assume he was when it says, "Not so much as one of them remained."

The Bible doesn't tell you specifically, in Exodus chapters 14 and 15, whether the king was with his army, though rarely would a king do this, I think. The specific verses say: "The water flowed back and covered the chariots and horsemen—the entire army of Pharaoh that had followed the Israelites into the sea. Not one of them survived. " 14:28
And: "Pharaoh's chariots and his army
he has hurled into the sea.
The best of Pharaoh's officers
are drowned in the Red Sea. " 15:4
Check these two chapters for confirmation:

Not sure about the "Red Sea", but yes, when they crossed "the sea".
This story is repeated several times in the Qur'an, for example:
(2:50)
And remember We divided the sea for you and saved you and drowned Pharaoh's people within your very sight.

Exodus 14:28 says that the water came back over on there and they all drowned not so much as one of them escaped.
Didn't say Pharoah but if not one escaped, maybe he drowned.
But it did say all of Pharoah's men who had gone in after them.
In the movie he didn't die but I thought he did.
that is a good question?

The Bible doesn't mention Pharoah's death.
God probably kept him alive just to teach him some humility.

Since the Bible doesn't mention his fate, what is the use of speculating about it?

No. He sent his army after the Israelites, but he didn't lead them.
