Those who are saved and live in God's word will be rewarded. No matter how great or small your efforts, as long as you did all that you could with all that you had your reward will be just as great as the man who was stronger, faster, richer....
In heaven, we won't feel the need to compare. We won't even think about differences because we're finally able to see through the eyes of God, rather than the eyes of man. Moses begged God to chose someone else, Aaron perhaps.
He talked about how he wasn't as good as Aaron was at speaking, he wasn't as good of a leader... and God told him (I'll shorten it lol) that He was the one who made man, his talents, his tounge, his voice, his leadership. So why question His command?
If only we could learn, while here on earth, to see beyond color, age, financial status, intelligence, and just love one another as God loves us.
Honestly, once you're in heaven comparing will be the last thing on your mind.

No, you won't be equal in Heaven. Many rich living persons are already securing luxury accommodations in Heaven by paying 10% of their income to a group called "Heavenly Estates" which guarantees a huge white marble mansion to subscribers to live in rather than spend eternity on some damp cloud. The rich will stay rich and the poor will do as they do here on Earth, suck hind teat.

No one is better or worse than another - just different. Good and bad are judgements. God is All-That-Is. By judging, you judge God.
Yes, the afterlife will be similar - different aspects of the One.

Yes, we will be all equals, but as I understand it when judgment happens, those who lived more sanctified lives would be given greater responsibilities, yet no one is lower or higher than anyone else.

No we will not be equal. You can gain and lose rewards while you are alive. The more you do the more your rewards, the more you mess up, the less your rewards--that is of course provided you are already saved. If you are not-punishment no matter how good you are.

Yes, all of us will be equal when we reach heaven. No one will be richer or poorer. No one will be more beautiful than the other. Purely equal.

Everything we know about heaven indicates that it is a hierarchy.
God must think that's a good way to set things up.

I think we'll all be equally loved by God, and we will be loving Him all the time, and worshiping Him. All the petty things we deal with here, will not be there.

You are seriously jaded if you think everybody is equal now......nor are you likely to have equal status as somebody else, once you are dead.....thats it my friend, once your dead, your dead!
