It is very possible for some people depending on their skin. I to also break out but a good product is Clean and Clear for sensitive skin.

Well, first all skin types react differently to products. I would highly doubt that Cetaphil Cleanser causes breakouts... I used to use it and I have acne prone skin and it was alright. Try Trisan, it's gentler and will be less hard on your skin, well, I like it better. Aveeno lotion might cause you to break out though 'cause it's oily. I really like the Avène Hydrence Légère lotion, on sale in drugstores. It's non comedogenic and oil free (plus, it smells... clean!) and feels good on the skin. If you still have skin problems though, maybe you should try to see a dermatologist. They solve your problems and really tell you what to do.

There is a possibility that almost anything can make you break out. For years I used Noxema religiously on my face to combat breakouts. I ran out and couldnt afford any for 2 weeks and my skin cleared up! I havent used it since and my skin is great. I now use and LOVE good old fashioned Ponds cold cream and skin cream and have wonderful smooth skin. I wash and remove makeup with the cold cream and moisturize before makeup and bedtime. You should try it, a 10 ounce jar of each should be between $7 - $8.

It is possible that anything used on the face can cause facial eruptions. But when you first start using something on your face you will be changing your pH balance and will cause some changes in your skin. If you continue to have eruptions after about 3 weeks it would be best to stop using these items.

Although there are good acnecare brands available everywhere, it's best to consult a dermatologist first. I had the same problem as yours, but a good prescription really helped treat my skin problem. You may also browse this site http://www.upkb.com/acnecare.php for skincare tips and product inquiries.

they shouldn't b/c they are meant to help ur skin, but theres always a chance that it reacts differently with ur skin, stop using them both for a while and see if the breakouts stop too.
