Homosexual homicides and suicides occur frequently in San Francisco, they fall in the Homo-cide category.

I have to agree with Law 138.

None of the cities listed in the just recently released report fit into the category of New Orleans, who by the way did not report this year.

I don't know the "actual" city. But, New Orleans is the only city in the US that currently has the National Guard assisting, because the police are unable to control the city.

Imagine this city if everyone had returned after Katrina.

I believe it's Camden, NJ. It's known as one of the world's most dangerous cities. However, St. Louis may be in front of that.

I think its D.C. too....but there was a thing today about St. Louis being the "most dangerous" city in the US. Dunno if that meant they took over highest homicide numbers. Whatever order they are in, I'm sure Detroit isn't far behind.
