I live in Las Vegas and just paid over four dollars for a single lousey tomato that weighed less than a pound.
Can anyone beat that??

that is just too much i would rather go without than pay that, you must really like tomatoes

Jeez, I think you call that Garden Robbery. I don't know that I would even consider over $4.00 a pd for a tomato. Even if you don't have a yard but a porch....run get a pot and a least grow one of your own tomato plants.

no its not that bad here!! how sad bet it tasted like red Styrofoam didn't it--nothing like a home grown tomato!
