The worst thing you can do is to do nothing. If it was me, just approach her and talk to her. If she doesn't like you, you'll be able to tell within the first few minutes of the conversation.
Girls like to be teased, so tease her a bit about her outfit or hair, or something. Just make sure that she can tell you are joking. Trust me, they love being teased. If she does like you, congrats, if she doesn't then there are still millions of girls out there.
Just be yourself, if she doesn't like you for who you are then she isn't worth the trouble.

Well seriously this is what i would do! Try to give her hints maby you like her or not.If you notice shes ignoring you then she probley don't like you but if she sshows hint that she like you i say go for it.If that don't help i would suggest maby righting a note to her and slipping it in her locker at school and if she says yes then you know.Good luck i hope it works out.

give it a shot, ask her out , thats wat i did to a girl and she said yes and she liked me back, if you are completely confident, go for it, if you arent sure, talk to her more and gwet her to like you as a friend and slowly build it up
