We've been together for about a year now. And the most she's ever given me was second base, even though I've given her more. She just seems so much more willing to receive than to give. What does that mean? Is that selfish of her to do? I mean. I have needs too right?

Maybe she's unsure of herself, or doesn't think you'd enjoy it. Maybe you should talk to her. If you're close enough for sexual actions, you should certainly be close enough to discuss said actions.

she could be shy or don't know what to do. Give her some encouragement.
