I found out something shocking about my sisters boyfriend.......What should I do?

Earlier today I saw a post on here where a woman was talking about hiring a private eye to investigate her daughters boyfriend. Somebody mention the link http://background-records.net/ as a good place to find info online. Well I checked out the site and entered my sisters boyfriends name and found out that he was convicted of armed robbery in 1999. I know this is him because the name, date of birth, and address are all the same. I am sure my sister doesn't know (and I am damn sure our dad doesn't know).......should I tell my sister or our dad? I don't know how to handle this situation.

It sounds like you stay such as your father and mom so it isn't as a lot as you as to even if she receives to deliver him or not, it is your father and mom' call; go ahead and allow you to comprehend father and mom and teach them the hyperlink and enable them take it from there. i'm hoping that your father fairly will understand that your sister has no comprehend-how of this men criminal heritage. She would say that you're doing it to break them up in case you in basic terms attempt to do it your self. Your mum and dad could have a more effective perfect theory a thanks to attend to this challenge because they have more effective adventure with dealing with existence frequently. i'm hoping that each and every thing works out for you and your relatives. Tell her as soon as you get the chance to, but the best way to do it is in person, and when the boyfriend is out of earshot. You have to tell her, however hard it may be. Say something like, "This might come as a shock to you, I know it did to me, but you have to know something. I found out on the internet that your boyfriend is a criminal." Give her all the details from the site, and comfort her if she needs it. Good luck!

Wow. Pimpin said she would end up dead if no one told her. Every person who has committed a criminal offense is automatically a MURDERER? Is dangerous? Will hurt people?

That's why we have so many social issues in this country. Everyone JUDGES everyone else. You can do a hundred good things and one bad thing and all you will ever be known for is the bad thing. It's a sad way to be.

Well, first, she is going to be mad that you snooped...cause honestly that wasn't your business to do. BUT, thankfully you did snoop because now you know something that your sister might not know. So, go ahead and tell her, if you think that he might do her some harm or something. She definitely deserves to know about this potentially dangerous situation. However, i'd like to remind you of the fact that people can and do change. The person he was in 1999, might not be the person he is now in 2006.

Yeah, tell her. But when you tell her, make sure to say it when shes in an o.k. mood and say it nicely so you don't hurt her feelings too bad. Once she finds uot, she might thank you for telling her!! You never know what might happen, just tell her the truth behind the evil boyfriend.

Well, I think you should tell her! He could try and get your sister involved in something and i don't think you want that! Or if he's robbed someone then he may be capable of commiting other crimes. So, tell her before she or someone she knows gets hurt.

yes. Tell her. Only tell your dad if she is under 18, but, she has a right to know and since you know you should be the one to tell her. I mean, just think, would you want her to tell you if it was your boyfriend? If you say yes to that then tell her.
